Our Return & Exchange Guidelines

Damage Claims & Wrong Item Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right quickly and efficiently.

If your furniture arrives with damage:

  • 1. Document the damage with photos from multiple angles
  • 2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • 3. Do not discard any packaging or damaged parts
  • 4. We will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement

Note: Minor manufacturing variations in wood grain, color, or texture are not considered damage.

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • 1. Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • 2. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item
  • 3. We will arrange pickup of the wrong item at our expense
  • 4. Your correct item will be expedited at no additional charge

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Mattresses and mattress toppers
  • Custom orders and made-to-measure items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Assembled furniture (unless defective)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Customer Support

    Reach out within the return period to receive a Return Authorization Number

  • Step 2: Repackage Item

    Use original packaging and include all parts, hardware, and documentation

  • Step 3: Refund Processing

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
