White Glove Same Day Delivery for Houston and Surrounding Areas

Available within 100 miles of our warehouse, and next day for other areas:

• We offer same day delivery or next day for furniture items that are in stock.
• Delivery charges for homes and apartments up to 2 flights of stairs are included. Any additional flights of stairs will incur extra fees.
• Boxed or packaged furniture items are delivered directly to the selected room and unwrapped. The delivery team is not responsible for removing boxes or packaging.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting items before the delivery team leaves. Any damages reported afterward require customers to return the item(s) in original packaging to the warehouse.
• Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be picked up from the warehouse.
• Assembly is not included.

• The delivery team will call you 1–2 hours before delivery to arrange a delivery time, which may vary depending on their schedule.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, with a 2–4 hour delivery window.
• Missing your delivery appointment will result in additional fees such as re-delivery or storage costs.
